The copper is protected with a final clear lacquer coating. The bookcase is made from 100% pine wood and a multi-step lacquer finish protects the wood and adds character; plus, distressed wood panels are added in the front cabinet doors adding to its old-world appeal. This bookcase features 2 pull out drawers with metal glides for smooth operation, cabinet and wrought iron drawer handles. This bookcase comes in assembled.
